Whisky Aioli Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Whisky Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or old-style mustard)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Whisky Habanero Hot Sauce.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard (or old-style mustard) to the mixture.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice (or add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice).
  4. Add the minced garlic to the bowl.
  5. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more Whisky Habanero Hot Sauce for extra heat or more lemon juice for additional tanginess.
